One such company, a national fund for healthcare research, utilizes CIS’ hardware maintenance program to ensure that they know up-front what their total hardware costs will be for the fiscal year. CIS provides guaranteed support, parts, and even temporary replacements for most hardware, based on the client’s existing inventory, to ensure that even if their hardware stops working, their employees do not. Additionally, CIS provides offsite data storage for disaster recovery purposes at our wholly owned data center in Netcong, NJ. A CIS support block, providing SLAs for guaranteed response time, allows this client to utilize whatever CIS resources are needed, as they are needed, without the burden of a required monthly payment that is not associated with usage.
