Ms. Denise Rowe – Service Manager
Denise Rowe holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baruch College in Computer Information Systems and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Antigua State College. Her experience comes from working with leading manufactures such as Hewlett Packard and Epson America for four years as a Territory Sales Representative.
While working with Hewlett Packard, she was named the number one sales person for the New York region. Denise is an MCSA. She started at CIS as a Dispatch Manager and quickly climbed the ladder to Service Manager within a year and a half.
Denise oversees the operations of the Service Department and Engineers to make sure service runs smoothly on a daily basis while providing helpdesk support to our clientele.
